Family-owned and operated by sisters Theresa and Kate, Left Field focuses on a small batch approach to traditional cider-making which brings out the natural characteristics of the apples. We make handcrafted, artisanal English-style cider by blending English and French cider varieties with BC dessert apples.
Turning a hayfield into an orchard and a barn into a ciderhouse, Left Field Cider Co. started their first year of commercial production in 2011 on their family cattle ranch at Mamette Lake – just outside of Merritt in the BC Interior.
After a successful debut at the 2012 Okanagan Fest-of-Ale, where Left Field Cider was awarded Best Beverage, they began distribution in the Thompson Okanagan and Greater Vancouver area.
